About Fleetcoach emails

When you purchase Fleetcoach or your organisation signs you up to Fleetcoach, the system will send you email messages to help you manage your Fleetcoach account. These are core system emails that provide notification of factual information about your account, training progress, and product updates.

If you have questions about Fleetcoach emails or believe you’re receiving these emails in error, contact the Fleetcoach administrator in your organisation or support@fleetcoach.com.

Here’s an explanation of the emails you may receive:

Invitation

This email contains the link to register your account so you can start your training.

Invitation reminders

In case you missed the initial invitation email, these emails contain the link to register your account so you can start your training.

Invitation reminders are sent fortnightly.

If you wish to stop receiving reminder messages, simply reply to this email with 'unsubscribe' in the subject line.

Welcome

This email contains the link to log in to Fleetcoach so you can continue your training.

Your Fleetcoach training is still available

A reminder to complete your Fleetcoach training.

Training reminder emails for the Skills Awareness course are sent fortnightly. The training reminder emails for each of the Skills Awareness Refresher courses are sent monthly.

If you wish to unsubscribe from these reminder emails, log in to your Fleetcoach account and turn off reminder emails in your User Profile. Or you can reply to this email with 'unsubscribe' in the subject line.

Your Fleetcoach refresher is available

When your new year of Fleetcoach training begins, you’ll receive this notification that your refresher is ready for you to start.

Product updates

These emails let you know about new training that is available to you.

If you wish to unsubscribe from these product update emails, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.

Forgot password

When you request a password reset, this email contains the link so you can change your password and access your account.

Your email address has been changed

This is a notification that your Fleetcoach administrator has changed the email address you use to log in to Fleetcoach.
